First Place Athletics strives to deliver the highest form of customer service to our customers, teams and coaches. That being said, please understand the following are our policies and procedures:
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. This will be strictly enforced.
- All sales on tech suits are final unless deemed defective by our Returns staff and approved for exchange or return by management.
- It is our policy to not issue refunds for purchases. Instead, we issue store credit to your customer account. This can be used for any future purchases. A refund will be issued only if approved by management after being escalated from our Returns staff.
- When conducting a tech suit fitting, we spend a great deal of time getting to know the needs of each swimmer. If you are not forthcoming with your answers, we cannot guarantee that our staff will be able to make the most educated recommendations regarding suit purchase for each swimmer. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES OF PERFORMANCE ONCE A SUIT IS PURCHASED.
- Shoes and tech suits go hand-in-hand for fittings. If you are not forthcoming in your answers or assessment, we cannot ensure a quality fitting for you.
- All items marked "Discount," "Grab Bag" or "Clearance" are final sale. No exceptions without prior approval of management.
- We try to offer the best prices on our products, but we must adhere to the MSRP set by our vendors. There will be no price matching.
